Rice Cake 香軟椰香年糕
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ½ stick(¼ cup) melted butter
- 1 ½ cup warm milk
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 1 bag (16 oz) Glutinous Rice Flour or sweet rice flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup nuts(optional)
- cooking spray for the pan
- Preheat oven 350F
- Prepare a big baking pan (7 x 11 or 9 x 13) grease the pan with cooking spray
- In a large bowl, beat in the 3 eggs, gradually add the remaining ingredients except the nuts. Mix well.
- Add nuts(optional)
- Pour into the baking pan
- Bake for 1 hour
