杏仁瓦片 ~ Almond Brittle

材料 I :

  • 3 egg white
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 TBS oil

材料 II :

  • 1 cup almond
  • 1 cup sesame (toasted at 250 degree F before use)

作法:

  1. Mix ingredient I, stir till smooth (no lump);
  2. Add ingredient II
  3. Place it on greased baking sheet (***the thinner the better***)
  4. Preheat oven 250 F
  5. 1 hour or when it’s light brown. Check often because it’s very easy to get burned. The baking time usually takes Longer.
