杏仁瓦片 ~ Almond Brittle
材料 I :
- 3 egg white
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 TBS oil
材料 II :
- 1 cup almond
- 1 cup sesame (toasted at 250 degree F before use)
作法:
- Mix ingredient I, stir till smooth (no lump);
- Add ingredient II
- Place it on greased baking sheet (***the thinner the better***)
- Preheat oven 250 F
- 1 hour or when it’s light brown. Check often because it’s very easy to get burned. The baking time usually takes Longer.
